We are trying to minimize waste impact on the planet and reuse as many shipping boxes and containers as we can. Do not be surprised if box you are receiving the product in is not new. When your package arrives in previously used cardboard box that means you contributed to reducing pollution and waste.

All small packages with the value below $100 usually being shipped without tracking with regular flat shipping fee of $12 and $24 based on your location. We use our discretion for packages priced between $100 and $200 and shipped all packaged tracked valued over $200. If you want your package to arrive faster, you can choose express shipping, please note some remote location will demand much higher cost even for small under 1kg box shipment. Posted price for express shipping may not reflect true cost, we will contact you if that would be the case.  Faster shipping doesn't always mean faster packaging. There are time we overwhelmed with orders and cannot pack as fast or some product require preparation time.

We are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen tracked or not tracked. We had never happen to have a lost package, but anything can happen.
