Alentia is delivering product as advertised on alentia.com website. All parameters are approximate as all products are grown differently and one is never the same as the other one. We make pictures of actual product. We may conduct lab tests of our products once every so often to confirm quality of the product. We can not guarantee that every batch of the same product is the same due to possible minor variations, strains, base material, environmental factors and many more variable affecting product growth or manufacturing. We accept no returns of the product unless we made an error and shipped you incorrect product. If product with tracking number was lost or stolen and not delivered to you we will replace the product free of charge by issuing refund for replacement order if original was not found and delivered within 30 days. We are not liable for lost orders shipped without tracking.
